ملخص البحث:
 يهدف موضوع دلالات الألفاظ إلى أهمية القواعد الأصولية اللغوية التي يقوم عليها استثمار الأحکام الشرعية، وهي تمثِّل منهجًا من مناهج الاجتهاد في استثمار المعاني من النصوص. ومن هنا تأتي أهمية دلالة الاقتضاء باعتبارها أحد طرق دلالة الألفاظ على المعاني والأحکام، التي هي مُنتهى غاية الأصوليين؛ فإن الحکم الشرعي هو الغاية والثمرة من علم الفقه وأصوله، لکن علم أصول الفقه ينظر إليه من جهة وضع القواعد والمناهج الموصِّلة إليه، وعلم الفقه ينظر إليه باعتبار استنباطه فعلًا، وذلک بتطبيق ما وضعه علم الأصول للتَّعَرِّف عليه، ولذا کانت الکتابة في هذا الموضوع الذي نتج عنه أهمية دلالة الاقتضاء باعتبارها أحد طرق دلالة الألفاظ على المعاني والأحکام التي هي منتهى غاية الأصوليين .
 
Abstract:
This subject, the indications of words, highlights the importance of the fundamental linguistic bases on which the loyal rules are formulated. It represents one of the methods of diligence in reformulating meanings from texts and this assures the importance of the indications of the requirement as considered one of the ways of words indications for meanings and rules which is the main aim of the fundamentalists. The legal rule is the aim and the fruit of the science of fe'kh and its origins. Yet the science of fe'kh origins sees it from the points of view of putting the bases and the methods that reaches it. The science of fe'kh looks at it as extrapolating it as a deed. This is done by applying what is put by the science of origins to recognize it. Therefore, the result of this subject focuses the importance of the indications of the requirement considering it one of the ways of words indications for meanings and rules which is the main aim of the fundamentalists.
