The first chapter, it defines the concept of number and the fundamentalist difference in alleging it, and it contains two topics: The first topic: defining the concept of number. The second topic: the fundamentalist dispute regarding the concept of number, and the conditions for alleging it, and it has two requirements: The first requirement: the fundamentalist dispute in allegation the concept of number. The second requirement: the conditions for allegation of the concept of number. The second chapter: It defines the effect of the dispute on allegation with the concept of number in the legal rulings; it has seven issues: The first issue: the amount of water that is impure. The second issue: the period of wiping over the socks. The third issue: the amount of wiping organs in tayammum. The fourth issue: the number of washings of the vessel from the entry of a dog. the fifth issue: The amount of washing hands before inserting the hand into the pot when waking up from sleep. the sixth issue: The number of stones used for Purification with stones. The seventh issue: The amount of penance when wife-incest during menstruation. The eighth issue: the number of days of istihaadah (womb bleeding between periods). As for the conclusion: it dealt with the most important results that it reached during the research, then it indexes the references and topics included in the research.
