ملخص البحث:
يتناول البحث عناية علماء الشريعة الإسلامية بقاعدة سد الذرائع، وأثرها في حُکم تَرْک الجمعة والجماعة بسبب انتشار وباء کورونا. ولبيان الدور المهم لعلم أصول الفقه في تنمية الملَکة الفقهية في تخريج الفروع على الأصول جاءت معالجة هذا الموضوع في مبحثين، وهما کالتالي: المبحث الأول: تناولت فيه التعريف بقاعدة سد الذرائع، ويتناول: معنى قاعدة سد الذرائع، أقسام الذريعة، مشروعية اعتبار الذرائع، ضوابط العمل بالذرائع. المبحث الثاني: دراسة وعرض لحکم تَرْک الجمعة والجماعة خوفًا من وباء کورونا، ويتناول: تصوير النازلة، حکم المسألة، أثر قاعدة سد الذرائع في حُکْم تَرْک الجمعة والجماعة خوفًا من وباء کورونا. الخاتمة، وتتضمن أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
 
Abstract:
The research shows how Islamic scholars deal with the rule of Prohibition of what may lead to committing sins, and their impact on the ruling of leaving Friday's prayer and performing prayer in groups because of the spread of the Corona epidemic.
To show the important role of the subject of jurisprudence in the development of the innate ability of jurisprudence in graduating branches on the origins. Addressing this topic comes in two subjects, they are as follows:The first topic: the researcher begins with the definition of the rule of Prohibition of what may lead to committing sins, and deals with the meaning of it, the legality of the consideration of it, and setting of working with it.The second topic: a study and presentation of the ruling of leaving Friday's prayer and performing prayer in groups for fear of the Corona pandemic. And it deals with the understanding of the contemporary issues, the ruling of matter, the impact of the rule of Prohibition of what may lead to committing sins in the rule of leaving the Friday's prayer and performing prayer in groups for fear of the Corona epidemic. Conclusion takes the most important findings and recommendations.
