الأحکام المتعلقة بالمصحف الإلکتروني المرئي دراسة فقهية مقارنة

ملخص البحث:
يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على المصحف الإلکتروني وأنواعه وخصائصه وتکييفه الفقهي، والأحکام المتعلقة بالمصحف الإلکتروني في العبادات کمسه من غير طهارة، والمعاملات کبيعه وشرائه، والمتعلقة برسم المصحف وتلوين صفحاته، وقد اتبعت في بحثى هذا المنهج الاستقرائي حيث تتبعت الجزئيات المتصلة بموضوع البحث في الفقه القديم، والمنهج الوصفي حين وصفت النوازل المتصلة بموضوع البحث، وأيضا المنهج الاستدلالي والاستنباطي من خلال التدليل للفقهاء على أقوالهم واستنباط أحکام النوازل من الأصول والقواعد المسلمة من نصوص وإجماع وقياس، وانتهى الباحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: المصحف الإلکتروني: عبارة عن برنامج إلکتروني يستعمل في معالجة الکلمات القرآنية، وإظهارها مکتوبة عند طلبها، وفق ما جاءت عليه في المصحف العثماني، وله ثلاثة أنواع، يتمتع المصحف الإلکتروني بسهولة رَفْعِه وتحميله وتخزينه، والبساطة في فتحه وعرض الآيات، عارض المصحف الإلکتروني إن کان خاصا بالقرآن يأخذ حکم المصحف الورقي، أما الأجهزة متعددة الوظائف کالهاتف ففي حال عرض القرآن على شاشتها تأخذ حکم المصحف، أما في حال عدم عرض الآيات فلا تأخذ حکمه، يمنع المحدث من مس المصحف الإلکتروني وتقليب صفحاته بإصبعه في حال التشغيل، تصح صلاة النافلة من المصحف الإلکتروني، يجوز بيع المصحف الإلکتروني، ويجوز رهنه، وقفه، لا يجوز نسخ المصحف الإلکتروني دون إذن الشرکة المنتجة، وجوب اتباع الرسم العثماني عند کتابة المصحف سواء في المصحف الورقي أو الإلکتروني، يمنع تلوين المصاحف وذلک صيانة لکتاب الله -تعالى- عن العبث به.
 
Abstract:
This study aims to know The electronic Qur'an, its types, characteristics and its doctrinal description. Also The provisions of the written Qur’an in worship are like touching it without light. Besides, Transactions like buying and selling it, Finlly drawing the Qur'an and coloring its pages. In my study, I have followed the Inductive approach, where I have followed the molecules related to the subject of the study in the old Islamic jurisprudence. I used The descriptive approach when I described The Contemporary issues The subject matter of The study. It was also based on The evidentiary and deductive approach by drawing ideas from Scholars own words and drawing The provisions of contemporary issues from fixed assets and rules from texts, unanimity and measurement. The study ended up with a number of outcomes, The most important: Electronic Qur’an: It is an electronic program used to process Qur’anic words and display them in writing upon request, according to what is mentioned in the Othman’s Qur’an. It has three types. The electronic Quran enjoys the ease of Uploading, Downloading, Storing, Simplicity of opening it and displaying its verses. Oppose the electronic Qur’an if it is specific to the Qur’an, then it takes the ruling of the Qur’an. As for multi-functional devices such as phones, if the Qur’an is displayed on its screen, it takes the same ruling as the Qur’an. The non-Blution is Forbidden from reading the electronic Qur’s and turning its pages with his finger when working. Voluntary prayer is valid from the electronic Quran. It is permissible to sell the electronic Qur’an, and it may be mortgaged and stopped. It is not permissible to copy the electronic Quran without the permission of the producing company. The obligation to follow the Ottoman drawing when writing the Qur’an, whether on paper or electronic. It is forbidden to color the Qur’an in order to preserve the Book of God Almighty from tampering with it.
