ملخص البحث:
 لقد عنيت الشريعة الإسلامية بحفظ الأسرار بصفة عامة، وبأسرار المريض لدى الطبيب بصفة خاصة ؛ ذلک أن المريض يبوح للطبيب بأسرار ربما لا يبوح بها لغيره ؛ أملاً في علاجه ؛ لذلک کان الالتزام بحفظ أسرار المريض من أهم الالتزامات التي تقع على عاتق الطبيب، وقد تناول هذا البحث هذا الالتزام، فعرف الالتزام وبين حقيقة الطبيب، وسر المريض الذي يجب حفظه، کما تناول أحکام التزام الطبيب بحفظ أسرار المريض من حيث حکمه الشرعي، والتأصيل الشرعي لهذا الالتزام، کما بين النطاق الموضوعي، والشخصي والزمني لهذا الالتزام، والاستثناءات الواردة عليه، وکذا المسؤولية المترتبة على الإخلال به، ثم خُتم البحث بخاتمة تضمنت أهم النتائج التي انتهى إليها، والتوصيات التي أوصى بها، وذُيل بقائمة بأهم المراجع التي تم الرجوع إليها في إعداده.
 
Abstract:
Islamic Sharia is concerned with keeping secrets in general, and the secrets of the patient with the doctor in particular. That is because the patient discloses to the doctor secrets that he may not reveal to anyone else. Hoping to cure it; Therefore, the obligation to preserve the patient’s secrets was one of the most important obligations of the doctor, This a study has dealt with this commitment, so it defined the commitment and the reality of the doctor, and the patient’s secret that must be preserved, as well as the provisions of the doctor’s obligation to preserve the patient’s secrets in terms of his legal ruling and the legal rationale for this commitment, as well as the objective, personal and temporal scope of this commitment, and the exceptions contained therein. As well as the responsibility for breaching this obligation, then the research was concluded with a conclusion that included the most important results reached, and the recommendations it recommended, and attached to a list of the most important references that were referred to in its preparation.
