ملخص البحث:
النقر متباين التردد في الأذنين (Binaural Beats) تقنية حديثة لها عدة استخدامات بعضها نافع وبعضها مضر، وفي هذا البحث قمت ببيان حقيقة هذه التقنية العلمية وتکييفها الفقهي في المبحث الأول، وفي المبحث الثاني ذکرت طبيعة استخدام النقر متباين التردد في الأذنين في العلاج وحکمه الفقهي، وأما في المبحث الثالث فقد بينت طبيعة استخدام النقر متباين التردد في الأذنين في التعاطي (المخدرات الرقمية) وحکمه الفقهي، وفي المبحث الرابع والأخير ذکرت استخدام النقر متباين التردد في الأذنين في التعذيب وحکمه الفقهي، ثم کانت خاتمة هذا البحث وضمنت فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.
 
Abstract:
Research Summary:  "Binaural Beats" is a modern technique which has many usages some of them are beneficial whereas others are harmful. So, in this research I declared the reality of this scientific technique as well as its fiqhi judgment within the first part. In the second part, I mentioned the real usage of the " Binaural Beats " in the field of treatment as  well as its fiqhi ruling. In the third part, I clarified its real usage during application (digital drugs) as well as its fiqhi ruling. In the fourth and the last part, I mentioned the application of the " Binaural Beats " in torture as well as the fiqhi ruling. Then, the conclusion which included the most important results and recommendations.
