عنوان البحث: (مدى مشروعية الوقف المؤقت دراسة فقهية تأصيلية تطبيقية على ضوء النوازل المعاصرة) وقد قسمته إلى مقدمة وستة مباحث وخاتمة وفهارس: في المبحث الأول: ألقيت الضوء على ماهية الوقف المؤقت. وفي المبحث الثاني: ذکرت الحکم الشرعي للوقف المؤقت، وضمنته خلاف الفقهاء في تأبيد الوقف وتأقيته، مع دواعي ترجيح القول بجواز الوقف المؤقت. وفي المبحث الثالث: تحدثت عن أهميـة الوقـف المـؤقـت، والحاجة إليه، وملائمة الوقف المؤقت لمقاصد الشريعة، وذکرت الخصائص التي يتميز بها الوقف المؤقت عن غيره. وفي المبحث الرابع: ذکرت طبيعة العين الموقوفة وما يصلح منها للوقف المؤقت ومالا يصلح، ونطاق الوقف المؤقت. وفي المبحث الخامس: تحدثت عن حالات انتهـاء وانهاء الوقـف المـؤقـت. وفي المبحث السادس: ذکرت دور الأوقاف في مواجهة النوازل تطبيقًا على الوقف المؤقت على ضوء جائحة کورونا. وفي الخاتمة أجملت خلاصة النتائج التي توصلت إليها، وکان من أهمها: أن هناک حاجة للوقف المؤقت، وأن إشاعته ونشره بين الناس ودعوة الواقفين إلى استخدامه، تناسب الظروف التي يعيشها الناس، مما يرجح رأي السادة المالکية ومن معهم بجواز التأقيت في الوقف، لکن ليس على إطلاقه، حيث ينبغي مراعاة بعض الضوابط؛ ذلک لأن القول بجوازه هو الأنسب في عصرنا الحاضر؛ نظرا لتجدد أنواع الثروات التي يصعب ديمومتها، کما أن في القول به توسعة لعموم المسلمين، وتيسيرا لهم بممارسة الوقف مهما کان نوع الثروة التي يملکونها أو حجمها.
 
Abstract:
The title of the research: (The extent of the legality of the temporary endowment is an original and applied jurisprudential study in light of contemporary calamities). It has been divided into an introduction, six topics, a conclusion and indexes:  In the first topic: I shed light on the nature of a temporary endowment. In the second topic: I mentioned the legal provision for a temporary endowment which was implied by the disagreement of the jurists in perpetuating and deferring the endowment along with the reasons why the temporary endowment is permissible. In the third topic: I talked about the importance of a temporary endowment, the need for it and the appropriateness of the temporary endowment for the purposes of Islamic law and I mentioned the characteristics that distinguish the temporary endowment from others. In the fourth topic: I mentioned the nature of the endowment, what is suitable for temporary endowment and what is not and the extent of the temporary endowment. In the fifth topic: I talked about cases of ending and finishing the temporary endowment. In the sixth topic: I mentioned the role of endowments in confronting calamities applying on the temporary endowment in the light of the Corona pandemic. In the conclusion I outlined the summary of the results I reached. The most important of them was there is a need for a temporary endowment and that communizing it and spreading it among people and inviting those endowers stand to use it suit the conditions that people live what favors the opinion of the Malikis and those with them that it is permissible to time the endowment, absolute as some restrictions should be observed. That is because saying that it is permissible is more appropriate in our recent time due to the renewal of the types of wealth that are difficult to sustain and to say that it is an expansion for all Muslims and to facilitate them to practice the endowment regardless of the type or size of wealth they possess.
